We almost see that people of the third gender extort money from the streets, market shops, vehicles, and social events. As a result, the attitude of the society towards the third gender people is very low and they are also portrayed the same in the media. Through this survey we want to see at what stage the antithetical attitude of the people in our society towards the third gender is. Every after being a developing country, people surrounding us considers them inferior in terms of rights, behaviour and so on. We are developing day by day. But in some cases we are not changing much. The transgender people are not getting their rights. They are not treated well in society. They get bullied every now and then. Even their family leaves them behind for the unpleasant comment they got from this cruel society. However, in recent time, this group of people gained legal recognition, and a third official gender has been introduced. They can use this gender in any formal and official documents within the nation, and list Hijra as their gender. In spite of all those things they are not getting their actual rights. Many qualified transgender are not getting any job only because of their gender issue. They cannot have good schooling as well. For this discrimination, many third gender work as Sex worker for their survival. So, through this survey we will focus on all these points.

As we know, people of the third gender ask for money from people in different places, a survey has been conducted on the behavior and attitudes of people in our society on this group. Our survey was attended by university students, teachers, housewives and market traders. 101 people responded to our survey. We found in our survey that 98% of people have encountered people of the third sex at some point in their lives and 89.1% have encountered them on the side of the road. The survey found that 99% of people saw third-sex people lifting money on the street or at the market, and 81.2% saw unpleasant gestures, and 10.9% never saw them to do that.61.4% of people surveyed said that third gender people were being harassed while withdrawing money and 36.6% said they did not see it.66.3% of people think that it is immoral for people of the third sex to withdraw money by force and 33.7% of people think that it is not immoral. Survey participants found that people around them expressed a very negative attitude towards people of the third sex, with a mediocre expression of 38.6%.93.1% people saw people using 'hijra' word for diatribe another people. And 94.1% have heard others mocking physical inclinations compared to Hijras. The survey found that 20.4% of people of the third sex were positively represented in movies or dramas, 8.9% were seen as villains, 27.1% were seen as sex village leaders, and 33.8% were seen in other characters.66.3% think that giving equal opportunities to people of the third sex will turn them away from begging and somewhat agree that it is 30.8%. 44.6% think that the government is able to meet the target of third gender development and 52.5% think that it is not able to do so at all. And 43.6% of those surveyed think the media is working for third gender rights. And 34.7% think the media isn't working and 21.8% think they don't know.

After analyzing the survey we have chosen our stakeholders for our campaign. Our stakeholders will be NGO: There are many NGO has in our country. They are working their best to improve access to gender diverse communities to quality sexual and reproductive health services. They also enhance awareness among the Hijra community about their human rights, self-responsibilities and duties. Another stakeholder will be the leader of their group: the third gender people always make a group. There is a leader, whom they called their guru. The leader led the whole community. Whenever they face any humiliation the leader comes forward and protects them. The leader took responsibility for the third gender whose family left them. Along with that people from every aspect of the society will be our stakeholders to make our campaign successful. We are doing this survey to know how all the transgender of our country are being treated and they are getting equal treatment like others or not.

For the purpose of the campaign we have chosen two tools. They are: awareness video and billboard constructing. Our video will be 1:30 minutes long and the stakeholders will be all age groups of people. In this video we are going to raise awareness against the violations which occurred daily basis with the third gender community and how they have to face criticism in every aspect of their life. We can make a video for social media where we can focus on not giving special treatment to third gender communities. They should be treated equally also there should not be any special day to celebrate the community.

Another tool for our campaign will be billboard. As we all know billboard is a great option for communication as billboards are noticed by almost all kinds of people. Our billboard will show that gender rights are equal for every gender. Our stakeholders will be people from all ages, communities, gender and culture. As we all are human beings, the creation of God we should get equal rights. By pointing out this quality on the billboard we can assure people’s attention in terms of equal rights for the third gender people.

Title: Intellection

The Antithetical Behavior of the People in Society over Third Gender People

Description of the topic:

We did our survey on the Third Gender People. They are common People like us. But most of us do not think so. We oppress them so much that we forget the fact that they are also human beings, made of the same flesh and blood as we are. They have positive and negative behavioral aspects as any normal person. We always subdue them and raise hostile attitude in our children towards them. This kind of act is counted as violence. We need to create non violence atmosphere for them by rejecting these kinds of acts.

The main point of our awareness project is that they are normal people like us. They have the right to lead normal life. They also deserve to be loved by their parents and everyone in the society. The goal of our video and poster is to change the negative attitude of the society towards third gender people and aware the society.

Stakeholders:

Our stakeholders are mass people. People from all age, class, community will be counted as our stakeholders. Another stakeholder will be parents who abandon their child after knowing that they are of third gender. It is important to change their perspective to reform society’s outlook over third gender people.

Stakeholders for both tools:

For the poster our stakeholders will be mass people, people of all ages, community, and culture.

For the awareness video our stakeholders will be people of every aspect of life and parents who abandon their child after knowing that they are of third gender.

Conclusion:

After implementing the campaign plan we believe that we will be successful to reduce the domestic Violence against these hard-working women. Whenever domestic violence will take place people will think twice about the punishment of this violence before doing that. Moreover, women will be aware of it and stand against it and they can take help of legal action and for that police, legal representatives will be there to help them.
